DEVELOPING PROGRAM, MATERIALS AND TRAINING ORGANIZATION FOR GENERAL MANAGEMENT STAFF FROM THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL PERSPECTIVES

In the reform process, teachers and management staff are always seen as nuclear factors. Therefore, research and discussion related to developing programs, training materials, training teachers and management staff at general education level from theoretical and practical perspectives played significant role, contributed to planing the educational and training policy. The article refers to managers’ program development and training materials in order to meet requirements of professional standard and organize training course from practical perspective at Hochiminh Institute of Education Management.
