DEVELOPING FRAMEWORK OF COMPETENCE STANDARD FOR TRAINING BACHELOR DEGREE

Summary: 
To identify correctly the necessary competencies and train qualified learners to meet job needs were regarded as main base for the educational institutions, especially higher education ones to develop programs so as to equip learners with the necessary competencies, enable them to face challenges after graduation and adapt to changes in the future. In addition, framework of competence standard also helps learners visualize appropriate competencies in the learning process and orient in fostering these competencies. From the international research on this issue, authors proposed 9 common competency standards and 36 specific competence standards required for bachelor's level education. This framework clarifies standard level of each competency to be achieved by students at graduation time.
