Summary:
Development trend of modern society requires graduate persons with professional and adaptive competencies. The organization of learner-teacher interactive teaching at universities help students be active, positive, share, exchange, learn from each other and interact in different roles. This article refers to the nature of learner – learner interactive learning; overall analysis of four interactive levels among learners at universities, then forms different cognitive levels, skills and corresponding attitude in learning. According to current credit-based-training at universities, applying four-level interaction will help teachers design objectives towards credits, design learners’ learning activities in order to control and assess their competencies of independent learning and coordination in different learning environments
