COOPERATION BETWEEN TRAINING INSTITUTIONS OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION BACHELORS AND PRATISING INSTITUTIONS IN THE NEW CONTEXT

Summary: 
The co-operation between training institutions of Educational administration bachelors and pratising institutions (being also the manpower using units) is an objective activity in the training process. Training institutions need to prepare a network of practising institutions which meet requirements of professional skill drilling in the training program as to enhance professional competencies for their students. In order to get fruitful co-operation between the two kinds of institutions in the new context, it is necessary to implement the following solutions: 1) Enhancing the awareness for both training and practising institutions on the importance of the co-operative activities; 2) Organizing co-operative activities between the training institutions and satellite practising institutions in a strict procedure; 3) Co-operating in the implementation of all level scientific researches and projects being directly connected with educational management reality; 4) Cooperating in ensuring facilities for student internship; 5) Developing criteria set for assessing the co-operation effectiveness between training and practising institutions
