DEVELOPING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SKILLS FOR PRIMARY PUPILS THROUGH ACTIVITY OF CREATIVE EXPERIENCES

Environmental education is a highly effective and sustainable measure that helps each person to be fully aware of and consciously carry out environmental protection tasks. Primary school age is a good time to educate pupils about their awareness, skills and habits of environmental protection, help them creatively apply their knowledge and skills into solving practical problem. Primary teachers need to organize students to participate in various activities, provide opportunities to get experience and creativeness with the aim to develop their environmental protection skills. This also has a spillover effect on other subjects such as friends and relatives. The article suggested some environmental protection skills that need to be developed for primary pupils and teachers’ activities to support pupils with creative experiences in protecting surrounding environment
