Summary:
Enhancing effectiveness of public education provision was identified as one of key tasks in provincial Departments of Education and Training and in Quang Ngai province as well with the aim to contribute to renewing current education management. In order to achieve objectives of the Government master Program for administration renovation in period 2011-2020, and implement educational management reform, provincial Departments of Education and Training in Quang Ngai province should apply synchronous measures to improve the effectiveness of public education services provision in the current period, such as: Standardize administrative procedures and forms in education; Publicize the administrative procedures and forms in education; Organize an elite and simple mechanism with appropriate personnel and provide professional, efficient service; Ensure material facilities, equipment and effective use of computer software; Measure customer satisfaction in using the service; Improve efficiency and quality of service to meet the needs of customers. Thereby, the provision of public education services contributes to accelerate education development, improve the quality of education services, and meet the needs of society.
