Summary:
The article focuses on the following issues: Some identities of the 4th industrial revolution; Opportunities, challenges and its impacts on education; Recommendations on necessary changes in terms of thinking, models and policies for educational development. Vietnam’s education is in the process of radical and comprehensive renovation, meeting demands of industrialization, modernization and international integration. The focus should be placed on the training of those vocations relating to digital and high-tech areas, particularly the connected training where three areas of physics, technique and biology are integrated. Vietnam’s education sector should change its thinking, models and educational policies as to get opportunities as well as to minimize negative impacts and overcome challenges brought by the 4th industrial revolution.
