SOLUTIONS FOR DEVELOPING QUALITY CULTURE AT VIETNAMESE PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES

Summary: 
Developing quality culture is a decisive strategy to improve quality, contribute significantly to the sustainable development of Vietnamese private universities. The paper proposes models and solutions for developing quality culture at Vietnamese private universities, includes: Thoroughly know about awareness of quality for managers, lecturers and staff at university; Organize to develop and declare its vision, mission of quality; Direct the establishment of quality value systems at university; Establish an atmosphere of quality work, for quality at private universities. Then, building quality culture at private universities aims to establish the vision and mission of quality, quality value system and working environment for its quality in the global context of higher education.
