Summary:
Building up a learning society is especially important in the roadmap towards a progressive and sustainable society, but it is a process that needs to overcome many difficulties and challenges. Vietnam has 54 ethnic groups. If uplands and ethnic minority areas do not try to study and to build a learning society, then Vietnam will not be able to successfully build a learning society. The article proposes a number of measures to build learning society in Ta Xua commune - an upland commune where Mong is the main ethnic group living there in Bac Yen district, Son La province.
