Summary:
With requirements of current human resources, it is urgent for lecturers at universities to identify system of teaching competency. This article mentions some theoretical issues and practical skills with feedback in the evaluation such as concepts, classification, technical implementation. Then, the author suggested proposals to improve the effectiveness of the response and feedback experience, contributed to developing lecturers’ teaching competencies and evaluation competence as well.
