Summary:
Preschool education has always received special attention from society. Evaluating services of public preschool education needs to be carried out from managerial agents, service providers and pupils’parents as well. The paper provides evaluation information from pupils’parents (in Ba Dinh and Gia Lam districts, Hanoi) and their satisfaction level in 05 elements of services: access to education services; school facilities; childcare and educational environment; childcare and educational activities; childcare and educational findings
