Summary: 
The paper addresses global citizenship education and its main approaches. According to the author, global citizenship education aims to develop interrelatedawareness in a global community. In fact, global citizenship education has become a compulsory trend in the world, played an important role in preparing learners with competencies to face dynamic world and interdependence in XXI century.
