VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND JOBS CREATION FOR KHMER PEOPLE IN KIEN GIANG PROVINCE

The article mentions to research findings of "Poverty Reduction Project in Kien Giang province in 2015" in terms of the Khmer ethnics’features,their education, life, labor and employment, the causes of poverty, status of vocational training and job, and solutions for vocational training development and job in Kien Giang province. Survey results demonstrated that to effectively develop vocational training and create jobs for Khmer people, it is necessary to improve vocational teachers’competence and consistent policy.
