This article aims is to help teachers visualize about: the process (or steps) to develop education plans for professional teams in high schools based on the National curriculum; helping the head of professional teams to analyze, plan, organize, direct and supervise the professional team (or the interdisciplinary team) in adjusting the curriculum and designing the aims of subjects (or school education plan) under the specific conditions of each school and each locality.

The Chinese government places great importance on the expansion of its education system to the world. Over the past forty years, along with reforming and opening up, China’s level of internationalization of education has been increasingly improved, gradually developed and entered the path of internationalization of its education with Chinese national identity. In the history of the development of China’s education internationalization policy, there are two important strategic branches: one is “going out”, the other is “bringing in”, these two strategies go hand in hand but do not obstruct each other. This paper focuses on systematic presentation of how to implement these two important strategic branches in order to create the practical basic to put forward some recommendations for the education internationalization process in Vietnam.

Hình thành và phát triển kĩ năng tổ chức hoạt động nói chung và hoạt động vui chơi nói riêng là một trong những yêu cầu quan trọng của đào tạo sinh viên sư phạm mầm non. Tuy nhiên, việc lựa chọn và sử dụng các biện pháp sao cho phù hợp, phát huy sự hứng thú, tính chủ động và tự rèn luyện của mỗi sinh viên là yếu tố quan trọng. Bài báo tập trung vào đề xuất một số biện pháp nhằm phát triển kĩ năng tổ chức hoạt động vui chơi cho sinh viên sư phạm mầm non.

Tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm trong dạy học môn Khoa học cho học sinh tiểu học là một trong những nội dung cụ thể của quá trình đổi mới căn bản, toàn diện giáo dục nói chung và ở Tiểu học nói riêng. Thực tế, việc tổ chức hoạt động vẫn còn có những hạn chế, bất cập. Vì vậy, cần thiết phải xây dựng quy trình học tập trải nghiệm được phát triển theo mô hình học tập trải nghiệm của David A.Kolb trong dạy học môn Khoa học ở trường tiểu học theo định hướng phát triển năng lực học sinh nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới, nâng cao hiệu quả của Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông hiện hành và Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông 2018.

Ngày nay, xu hướng dạy học môn Toán nói chung và dạy học môn Toán ở tiểu học nói riêng là dạy học cần gắn bó, thiết thực với đời sống của học sinh, tạo cơ hội giúp học sinh rèn luyện “kĩ năng sống”, khả năng quyết vấn đề thực tiễn, đồng thời tạo hứng thú cho học sinh khi thực hiện các nhiệm vụ học tập. Hạt nhân của xu hướng dạy học này là trong quá trình dạy học Toán, giáo viên tiểu học cần phải tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu để xây dựng được các tình huống thực tiễn phù hợp với đặc điểm tâm lí, đặc điểm nhận thức cũng như trình độ, vốn sống, vốn kinh nghiệm của học sinh ở lứa tuổi tiểu học. Bài viết trình bày một số vấn đề liên quan đến việc sử dụng “Tình huống thực tiễn có bối cảnh thực” vào dạy học Toán ở tiểu học, đề xuất quy trình và ví dụ minh họa cho việc thiết kế “Tình huống thực tiễn có bối cảnh thực”.

Đánh giá là một kĩ năng siêu nhận thức và nhìn lại quá trình giải quyết vấn đề là một trong những kĩ năng thành phần của kĩ năng đánh giá. Do đó, cần phải rèn luyện thói quen nhìn lại quá trình giải bài cho học sinh. Việc xem xét lại quá trình giải quyết vấn đề được thể hiện dưới nhiều góc độ và khía cạnh khác nhau. Sau mỗi lời giải, giáo viên cần tập trung rèn luyện cho học sinh cách nhìn lại quá trình tư duy; quá trình liên kết và huy động tri thức; phát hiện và sửa chữa những sai phạm; lựa chọn kiến thức phương pháp luận cũng như mở rộng quy trình và quan hệ thực tiễn. Qua đó, học sinh được rèn luyện kĩ năng đánh giá trong quá trình giải quyết vấn đề (một trong những kĩ năng siêu nhận thức). Khi học sinh được rèn luyện kĩ năng này, các em hiểu được toàn bộ quá trình tư duy để tìm ra giải pháp và chủ động chiếm lĩnh được tri thức mới, từ đó học sinh chủ động, tích cực và hứng thú học tập.

Assessing is a metacognitive skill and reviewing the problem solving process is one of the component skills of assessment skills. Therefore, it is necessary to practice the habit of reviewing the problem solving process for students. The review of the problem solving process is presented in different perspectives. After each solution, the teacher should focus on training students to look back on the process of thinking; linking and mobilizing knowledge; detecting and correcting mistakes; selecting methodological knowledge as well as expanding the process and its practical relations. Thereby, students are trained in assessment skills in solving problem (one of the metacognitive skills). When students practice this skill, they understand the whole process of thinking to find solutions and actively acquire new knowledge, so that they become proactive, active and interested in learning.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh paid special attention to education and training for educational staff, aiming at training them to form a comprehensively developed personality in terms of political, ethical and professional qualities. This thought of him affirms the basic value of a person’s personality and it is even more true to that of a teacher, which is briefly summarized in the words “virtue” and “talent”. Education administrators play an important role in organizing, managing and directing educational activities. They must constantly study and practice, improve their ethical qualities, professional qualifications, management capacity and personal responsibility, and ensure the development of education. Imbued with the Ho Chi Minh thought on the relationship between virtue and talent of the cadres to build the contingent of educational administrators in the current situation is a particularly important issue.

The general education curriculum 2018 has been put into practice since the 2020-2021 school year. One of the decisive factors for success in teaching under the new curriculum is the facilities in high schools, especially the subject classrooms. Obviously, it is essential to research and use the subject classrooms in the direction of activating students’ cognitive activities to meet the content and requirements of the curriculum 2018 is essential. The article introduces the concepts about subject classrooms, proposes a model of subject classrooms at high schools, as well as offers some suggestions for using the subject classrooms to suit the actual conditions of the locality and each high school.

Làm quen với một số khái niệm sơ đẳng về Toán là một trong những nội dung cơ bản và quan trọng trong Chương trình Giáo dục Mầm non của Việt Nam cũng như Chương trình Giáo dục Mầm non của một số quốc gia tiên tiến trên thế giới. Làm quen với một số khái niệm sơ đẳng về Toán là một trong những kĩ năng quan trọng cần hình thành cho trẻ ở độ tuổi mầm non, tạo tiền đề để trẻ bước vào Lớp 1 tiểu học và cho việc học tập suốt đời. Các kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, vấn đề cho trẻ mầm non làm quen với một số khái niệm sơ đẳng về Toán hiện nay còn nhiều bất cập từ nội dung cho tới tổ chức thực hiện. Do đó, nghiên cứu nội dung làm quen với một số khái niệm sơ đẳng về Toán trong Chương trình Giáo dục Mầm non của một số quốc gia tiên tiến trên thế giới và vận dụng cho trẻ làm quen với một số khái niệm sơ đẳng về Toán vào Chương trình Giáo dục Mầm non Việt Nam trong giai đoạn tới một cách phù hợp sẽ góp phần nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc, giáo dục trẻ mầm non ở Việt Nam trong giai đoạn hiện nay.

Trong việc đổi mới chương trình môn Toán ở phổ thông theo hướng phát triển năng lực thì đổi mới phương pháp, kĩ thuật dạy học được coi là điểm nhấn chủ yếu nhất. Thực hiện việc đổi mới này, bài viết đề xuất các biện pháp sử dụng phương pháp, kĩ thuật dạy học theo hướng phát triển năng lực học sinh trong dạy học môn Toán và vận dụng các biện pháp này vào thiết kế kế hoạch bài học “Tích vô hướng của hai vectơ” thuộc chương trình Hình học 10.

University administration contributes significantly to the success of a higher education institution. The reform of management based on university governance approach will contribute important effects to improve the training quality of the higher education system. The article examines the theoretical basis and the research process related to university governance activities towards the university autonomy mechanism. In addition, the article proposes a university governance model under the autonomy mechanism regarding several factors such as governance objectives, governance content, management methods and resources of the university. Through the proposed model, the article finds the relationship among these factors in the model of university governance based on autonomy to help the universities to manage their activities towards sustainable university autonomy

The quality of Youth Union cadres of universities and colleges in Hanoi is the combination of values that illustrates the consistency of the quantity of cadres, the structure of the organization as well as the quality of each cadre. The quality of Youth Union cadres reflects the results of Youth Union work and the ability to meet the demand and missions of Youth Unions in universities and colleges in each specific period of time. The purpose of establishing basic assessment criteria is to accurately evaluate the quality of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union cadres of universities and colleges in Hanoi, which greatly contributes to the development of not only Youth Union work but also youth movements in these institutions. The article is hoped to clarify the features of Youth Union cadres and set up criteria to evaluate the quality of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union cadres of universities and colleges in Hanoi at the present time.

Developing coping skills is considered as an important factor to help sudents overcome difficulties in both psychology, learning and living activities during the current COVID-19 pandemic. This is also actions that people in the world implement together as an important part in the process of combating the pandemic and educating students in this special period. For this reason, we have reviewed some international experiences in helping children to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic, then proposed some recommendations on establishing those necessary coping skills for Vietnamese students to overcome the pandemic. These research results can be used in research and teaching skills in general and pandemic response skills in particular.

In keeping with the aims of training and developing scientific research competence for medical students in teaching probability and statistics, this article proposes two processes: 1/ The process of collecting, processing, and analyzing data in scientific research; 2/ The process of designing practical activities to collect, process, and analyze data to develop scientific research capacity for medical students. In addition to this, a learning card has been designed to illustrate the practice of collecting, processing, and analyzing data to enhance the scientific research competence for medical students through teaching probability and statistics.

On the basis of clarifying the role of specialists at universities, the article proposes five solutions to develop the team of university specialists in access to job positions, including: Developing a personnel plan for university experts based on determining the employment positions of each unit and organization in the schools; Recruiting, employing, and replacing these experts based on their competence for that particular work; Paying attention to training and fostering activities for the university specialists based on each job position; Evaluating the university experts according to their working capacity and task performance results in accordance with the job position; Establishing a favorable working environment for the team of specialists.
