USING THE GEOGEBRA SOFTWARE TO TEST PREDICTIONS AND SUPPORT TO FIND OUT THE ANSWER IN TEACHING SOLID GEOMETRY AT HIGH SCHOOLS

Việc lựa chọn chủ đề tích hợp cần gắn với thực tế địa phương. Bài viết mô tả quá trình vận dụng quy trình xây dựng và tổ chức dạy học chủ đề tích hợp vào chủ đề “Khai thác, chế biến quặng bô-xít”. Đây là chủ đề gần gũi với kinh nghiệm sống của học sinh khu vực Tây Nguyên. Mặc dù thực nghiệm chỉ mới được thực hiện trên một lớp, số lượng học sinh còn ít nhưng kết quả thực nghiệm bước đầu cho thấy việc tổ chức dạy học chủ đề tích hợp “Khai thác, chế biến quặng bô-xít” đã góp phần phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn của học sinh.

Selection of integrated topics needs to be linked to local reality. The article describes process to apply the construction process and teaching integrated topics into the theme "Exploiting and processing bauxite ore". This topic is close to students’experience in the Central Highlands areas. Although the experiment has been only conducted in one class, the number of students is small, but initial experimental results showed that the integrated teaching of theme "Exploiting and processing bauxite ore" contributed to developing students’competency of solving the practical problems

In the process of teaching English to non-language specified students, students reviewed reading comprehension as a challenging skill and easy to discourage learners. This situation promotes the research on students’ difficulties in this skill and. The article addresses the difficulties of non-language specified students in skill of reading comprehension; then suggests ways to use the "scaffolding" method in teaching the English reading comprehension to non-language specified students. Specifically, the author conducted a survey of 126 non-language specified students at Vinh University in terms of difficulties related to vocabulary, grammar, text structure, background knowledge and reading comprehension strategies.

Việc tìm tòi những ứng dụng của các khái niệm, kết quả và phương pháp toán học sẽ giúp ích cho giáo viên và học sinh nhận thức được giá trị thẩm mĩ của toán học, có tác dụng thiết thực trong việc gợi mở khả năng tư duy và năng lực sáng tạo. Vì vậy, cùng với cách giải toán bằng phương pháp truyền thống, học sinh cần được hướng dẫn để tìm tòi các ứng dụng toán học trong thực tiễn cuộc sống hàng ngày. Bài viết đi sâu khai thác về ứng dụng và vẻ đẹp của toán học. Trên cơ sở đó, tác giả thiết kế một số tình huống thực tế và đưa ra các phương án giải quyết các tình huống đó nhằm bồi dưỡng kĩ năng ứng dụng của toán học vào thực tế cuộc sống cho học sinh.

Việc liên hệ đến thực tiễn trong quá trình dạy học môn Toán là một yêu cầu trong dạy học hiện nay. Tuy nhiên, thực tế cho thấy giáo viên có nhiều khó khăn trong việc tạo cơ hội cho học sinh kết nối với thực tiễn. Bài viết trình bày một số định hướng nhằm tạo điều kiện để học sinh liên hệ đến thực tiễn trong quá trình dạy học, thông qua đó nhằm phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề thực tiễn - một năng lực quan trọng cần hình thành ở học sinh. Cụ thể, tác giả phân tích mối quan hệ giữa toán học và thực tiễn; sự cần thiết của việc liên hệ đến thực tiễn trong dạy học môn Toán và một số định hướng tạo điều kiện để học sinh liên hệ giữa toán học với thực tiễn trong quá trình học tập môn Toán.

Practice involvement in teaching Mathematics is a requirement in teaching today. However, it is difficult to create opportunities for students to connect with practice. This article presents several directions to help students refer to practice in the teaching process, then develop students’practical problem-solving competency - an important competency needs to be formed. In particular, the author analyzes the relationship between Mathematics and reality; the necessity of practice involvement in Mathematics teaching and some orientations to support students link Mathematics with practice in Mathematics learning

Integrated pedagogical perspective is a viewpoint towards the development of learner capacity by integrating content elements and integrating teaching activities. The application of the integrated pedagogical perspective to develop the professional capacity of technical pedagogical students includes: developing output standard system pedagogical training based on integrated pedagogical perspective; developing learning topics corresponding to each pedagogical output standard; designing situations with pedagogical profession integration; applying teaching methods in the direction of developing teaching capacity for pedagogical technical students. Therefore, applying the integrated pedagogical perspective in technical teacher training is an effective way to develop professional capacity of would-be technical teachers.

At present, the innovation of management of primary teacher education in pedagogical universities is an inevitable activity orginating from the demands of general education renovation and the practice of this field of training. The innovation of management of primary teacher education towards competence-based approach must be conducted in all aspects: Renovation management thinking; Renovation of enrollment; Renovation of objectives and contents of training programs; Renovation of testing and assessement of primary teacher education process towards competencebased approach. Therefore, the contents, programs and methods of training at pedagogical universities/faculties must be in the direction of developing the capacity of the teachers reflected in the Primary School Teachers Standards and linked to the practice of general education.

The development of general education curriculum towards the learner competence development requires teachers in general and natural science teachers in particular to posses certain capacities. The author proposes five core competencies needed to be developed for Natural Science students in the Pedagogical sector to meet requirements of the general education renovation: (1) Understanding of the contents of the Physical, Chemical, Biological and also integrated sciences; (2) Investigation, exploration, study of natural sciences and their impacts (study of applied pedagogical science); (3) Development of the Natural Sciences curriculum; (4) Teaching of Natural Science with teaching skills towards student competence development; (5) Testing and assessment of natural science learning outcomes focusing on assessment of general competencies and specialized competencies.

The article analyzes issues about the nature of competency; competency framework; the process of developing competency framework based on the position of employment of civil servants and officials in the education sector. According to the author, the competency framework has been recognized as an effective tool in the management of civil servants and officials in the education sector, therefore it has been increasingly applied in educational organizations. However, Vietnam is now beginning to move to the employment service model, so it is important to consider the process and qualty with suitable roadmap. Beside, the careful preparation and the guidance by experienced experts are needed before embarking on the competency framework building for civil servants and officials

Phát triển chương trình giáo dục nhà trường là một nhiệm vụ trọng tâm của các trường phổ thông trong bối cảnh hiện nay. Đây là một trong những nhiệm vụ mới và rất khó. Vì vậy, để quản lí phát triển chương trình giáo dục nhà trường có hiệu quả, đòi hỏi phải xây dựng mô hình và tổ chức phát triển chương trình theo quy trình tối ưu. Đồng thời, cần phát huy vai trò của cán bộ quản lí, giáo viên trong nhà trường và sự tham gia, hỗ trợ tích cực của cha mẹ học sinh, chính quyền, xã hội và các bên liên quan. Tác giả bài viết phân tích: 1/ Mô hình quản lí phát triển chương trình giáo dục nhà trường trung học phổ thông theo định hướng phát triển năng lực học sinh; 2/ Tổ chức phát triển chương trình giáo dục nhà trường trung học phổ thông theo quy trình phù hợp với đặc trưng phát triển chương trình giáo dục nhà trường trung học phổ thông; 3/ Chỉ đạo tổ chuyên môn phát triển chương trình giáo dục nhà trường trung học phổ thông theo định hướng phát triển năng lực học sinh.

Developing school curriculum is a key task by schools in the current context. This is one of the new and very difficult tasks. Therefore, in order to effectively manage the development of school curriculum, it is necessary to develop a model and to organize the development of the curriculum in an optimal way. At the same time, the role of managers and teachers in the school should be promoted, and the active participation of parents, government, society and stakeholders should be mobilized. The author analyzes: 1/ Management model for the development of upper secondary school curriculum in the direction of developing student competencies; 2/ The development of the upper secondary school curriculum according to the process suited to the characteristics of development of curriculum for upper secondary schools; 3ul,/ Instructing professional teams to develop upper secondary school curriculum in the direction of developing student competencies.

Để xây dựng Chương trình môn Toán trong Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông mới cần nghiên cứu, phân tích các ưu điểm cũng như những hạn chế, bất cập của chương trình môn Toán hiện hành. Dưới góc độ đó, bài viết tập trung phân tích các vấn đề chính trong chương trình môn Toán hiện hành, đó là: Mục tiêu; Quan điểm xây dựng chương trình; Kế hoạch dạy học; Nội dung dạy học; Chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ năng; Định hướng về phương pháp dạy học và đánh giá kết quả học tập; Vận dụng chương trình theo vùng miền và đối tượng học sinh. Từ đó đề xuất định hướng xây dựng chương trình môn Toán trong Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông mới.
