Summary:
The quantum equivalent method was developed from quantum chemistry-physics studies applying into different aspects, including economics, social and educational sectors. In this article, this method is proposed to apply into the educational evaluation to provide some general insights on the examinations and ways to evaluate students’ performance at a high school, basing on an spectral analysis of towards the statistical probability method. Comparing the test score distribution function with the evaluation standard distribution function is the spectra of the IQ, or EQ functions, the quantum equivalent index (Carbo index) will be calculated. Comparing the Carbo index in the 12th grade average score distribution function measures by school, the average score spectra of four tests in national high school entrance exams and graduation score spectra of one high school, the results showed that the evaluations results of graduation at this high school was quite acceptable.
