FRAMEWORK AND CRITERIA FOR ANALYZING QUALITY OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM

Summary: 
The paper refers to framework, criteria and indicators for analyzing quality of the education system basing on the impact factors. Framework and criteria for analyzing the quality of the education system include: 1/ Expected outcomes of the education system 2/ Achieved results; 3/Educational activities; 4/ Input. Accordingly, quality of the education system was assessed on the achieved outcomes in comparison to the desired outcomes with the aim to meet the social needs of the education system. Moreover, criteria and indicators on quality of educational activities were considered as the cause of strengths and weaknesses in the quality of the education system. These criteria and indicators also serve as a basis for developing policies, strategies and mechanisms so as to promote strengths to overcome limitations and causes related to quality of the education system.
