Summary:
Globalization and international integration have given us opportunities and challenges that need to be addressed in which human resource development is an essential factor, education and training plays key position. With the current situation of education in our country, it is necessary to carry out the fundamental and comprehensive reform so that our education can exist, develop and integrate into the international environment. In order to get Vietnamese education reform to be truly scientific, ensure its new, revolution and breakthrough, we need adequate, systematic and comprehensive researches from many aspects such as : Educational Philosophy, Educational Psychology, Educational Studies, Educational Sociology, Educational Economics...
