MEASURES TO DEVELOP AN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT TOWARDS 'ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE' AT GIFTED HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION

The paper mentions measures to develop an educational environment towards 'organizational culture' at gifted high schools in the context of international integration. A system of measures includes the issues: cognitive education; set up criteria set; design curriculum and content; develop an educational environment; promote positively role of educational actors; support testing and evaluation; strengthen resources for developing educational environment activities towards "organizational culture" in the context of international integration. Each measure has different role and impact on developing an educational environment at gifted high schools. To maximize the effectiveness of these measures, they should be used synchronously so each measure becomes an important link in the chain of management activities in order to achieve the overall goal of schools, meeting the requirements of the international integration today
