ORIENTING THE TRAINING OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN VIETNAM IN THE PERIOD OF INDUSTRIALIZATION AND MODERNIZATION

Summary: 
In terms of orienting the training of human resources in Vietnam in the period of industrialization and modernization, the author analyzes in detail the following issues: 1/Industrialization, modernization and development of human resources; 2/Requirements of industrialization and modernization of human resources; 3/ Orientation in training human resources in Vietnam. According to the author, its is very important to develop appropriate staff of human resources with the development of organizations and enterprises. A proper and timely understanding of the role and importance of human resources in the social development, tasks of administration at levels, departments and schools in the national education system, especially the professional and higher education should be focused on so as to improve the quality of education and training of the generations of workers with qualities and capacities of workers in modern society, contribute to enrich our country.
