In the current context, educational innovation at basic and comprehensive scale is one of the significant tasks that Vietnam’s State and Party are conducting. Among the involved entities, teachers are those who decide whether the task could be successful or not. In such circumstances, teachers must ensure that they can best meet the professional standards of responsibilities, moralities, and teaching competences so that they could meet the sector’s requirements in the new era. This article introduces the required perspective, thinking and actions for teachers via their training the nine categories of “three qualities - competences” to students.

The fourth industrial revolution has created enormous changes in all aspects of socio-economic life. Therefore, the mission of pedagogical universities is to train high quality human resources for the whole education system. The pedagogical universities are also required to improve the quality of teacher training to educate the next generation of citizens 4.0.

Trong những năm gần đây, chúng ta đang ngày càng thấy rõ những ảnh hưởng của toàn cầu hóa đến đời sống xã hội, đặc biệt là đối với văn hóa, giáo dục. Nếu nói tri thức là một yếu tố cơ bản của toàn cầu hóa thì ngược lại toàn cầu hóa cũng có ảnh hưởng sâu rộng đến sự phổ biến tri thức. Trong một thời đại như hiện nay, lĩnh vực giáo dục đại học cũng đang diễn ra quá trình toàn cầu hóa. Trong bài viết này, nhóm tác giả sẽ xem xét một số vấn đề: Toàn cầu hóa ảnh hưởng đến giáo dục đại học hòa nhập với xã hội của các trường đại học; Toàn cầu hóa với đa văn hóa trong giáo dục đại học; Toàn cầu hóa với sự phát triển bền vững trong giáo dục đại học.

Phát triển đội ngũ chuyên viên ở vị trí việc làm nói chung và vị trí việc làm tổ chức, cán bộ đang là vấn đề có tính thời sự ở các trường đại học trong bối cảnh hiện nay. Đề xuất khung năng lực của chuyên viên ở vị trí việc làm tổ chức, cán bộ các trường đại học công lập gồm: Phẩm chất chính trị và đạo đức nghề nghề nghiệp; Năng lực chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ về công tác tổ chức, cán bộ; Năng lực tham mưu, tư vấn; Năng lực xây dựng kế hoạch, tổ chức thực hiện công việc; năng lực giao tiếp, kĩ năng mềm; Năng lực tự hoàn thiện bản thân và phát triển nghề nghiệp; Các năng lực bổ trợ đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc góp phần vào sự nghiệp đổi mới giáo dục mà các Nghị quyết đại hội Đảng đã đề ra cho ngành Giáo dục và Đào tạo.

During the past time, the implementation of the university autonomy mechanism still has many confusions and obstacles due to the lack of synchronization between the legal system and legal awareness related to higher education. This article discusses the “head” mechanism in public higher education institutions in terms of university autonomy; including (1) studying some provisions of the Higher Education Law related to the “head” in a public higher education institution; (2) identifying the person in the higher education institution competent to perform the tasks and powers prescribed for the “head” in the law on public employees and some other legal fields; (3) determining the relationship between the leadership mechanisms within a public higher education institution: Party Committee, University Council, and Rector; (4) Presenting some notes when using the term and the “head” term for higher education institutions as well as giving some recommendation

In the trend of globalization, any education system cannot stand alone but must integrate, cannot be closed but must interact with the international environment. UNESCO’s guiding ideology is to build four pillars “Learning to know, Learning to do, Learning to Live and Learning to Be” and building an education “All people can learn and learn for life”. Renovating education and training in the direction of openness and international integration has been implemented by the education sector as follows: Completing the national education system towards openness and international integration; capacity building of teachers and administrators; renovating educational programs towards capacity development; focusing on training human resources, especially high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of international integration; renovating educational management in the direction of openness and international integration; strengthening the application of ICT in educational management and teaching; improving the quality and effectiveness of educational scientific research according to international standards; as well as enhancing the management of education under the leadership of the Party and the State.

Today, under the influence of Information and Communication Technology, education in general has undergone profound changes. The educational environment and teaching equipment have encountered many changes. The appearance of many new means and technologies, including the use of virtual museums in History teaching in high schools, has showed positive signals. Therefore, the use of virtual museums in teaching Vietnamese history in high schools is one of the effective measures to help students acquire History knowledge in the fastest way, and thereby contributes to the formation and development of the necessary skills for students in learning History, meeting the requirements of education and training innovation.

: School social work, along with its function and roles, is an indispensable area that helps to prevent and to reduce school problems, creating a healthy education environment for the peacefulness and safety of teaching and learning activities. School social workers are an integral link between school, home, and community in helping students achieve academic success. They work directli with school administrations as well as students and families, providing leadership in forming school discipline policies, mental health intervention, crisis management, and support services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, students of Khanh Hoa University are in the group of people who have been severeli affected. The group of social work lecturers at Khanh Hoa University have promoted their role in providing psychological support and connection of support resources to students who tested positive for COVID-19 and students who had close contact with those patients. A qualitative study using two methods of in-depth interview and group discussion to analize the social work in helping students affected by the COVID-19 epidemic at Khanh Hoa University. On the basis of the results, the author makes recommendations to contribute to improving the quality of school social work activities in response to the pandemic at Khanh Hoa University.

Bài viết nêu lên thực trạng một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến dạy học trực tuyến của giáo viên trung học phổ thông tại Hà Nội thông qua khảo sát 106 giáo viên bằng phiếu hỏi, phỏng vấn sâu 02 giáo viên và tọa đàm 10 học sinh ở cả khu vực ngoại thành và nội thành Hà Nội. Kết quả nghiên cứu thực trạng cho thấy, mẫu khảo sát đa dạng và mang tính đại diện cho hầu hết các giáo viên trung học phổ thông tại địa bàn Hà Nội, từ giới tính, dân tộc, khu vực, trình độ đào tạo, thâm niên nghề nghiệp đến kinh nghiệm dạy học trực tuyến. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu thực trạng, bài viết nêu lên 03 yếu tố: Cá nhân, học sinh và điều kiện truy cập là những yếu tố chính ảnh hưởng đến việc dạy học trực tuyến của giáo viên trung học phổ thông hiện nay. Bên cạnh đó, bài viết cũng phân tích được một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng tốt và một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng không tốt đến việc dạy học trực tuyến của giáo viên trung học phổ thông, từ đó đề xuất 05 giải pháp góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả dạy học trực tuyến trong các trường trung học phổ thông trong thời gian tiếp theo.

This study analyses the current situation of factors affecting online teaching of high school teachers in Hanoi through a survey of 106 teachers by using questionnaires, interviewing two teachers, and organizing a seminar for ten students both in the urban and suburb area of Hanoi city. The research results show that the sample is diverse and representative for most high school teachers in Hanoi, from gender, ethnicity, region, training level, seniority, and online teaching experience. Based on this analysis, the study indicates that three factors including individuals, students, and internet access condition have the most impact on online teaching of high school teachers. In addition, the article also identified both positive and negative influences on the online teaching of high school teachers. On such basis, five solutions are proposed to improve the effectiveness of online teaching in high schools in the future.

The study was conducted on lecturers and students of the Education faculty about difficulties and solutions to improve the quality of STEM education in teacher training at Hanoi Metropolitan University. The result shows that both lecturers and students highly appreciate the role of STEM education at this institution. Along with that, the orientation of STEM education in schools needs to provide knowledge and skills in STEM education, foster a passion for science and technology, and develop the capacity to organize the STEM educational activities for students. According to the research results, students and lecturers face many difficulties in teaching and learning STEM. In addition, they have proposed some solutions to improve the quality of STEM education for pedagogical students. At the same time, the research also shows that there is a close relationship between the five measures proposed by students and teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to synchronously implement the solutions proposed above to improve the quality of STEM education.

Đánh giá được coi là một trong những yếu tố trung tâm và quan trọng trong giáo dục. Với xu thế đổi mới giáo dục theo hướng tiếp cận năng lực, đánh giá sẽ không còn tập trung vào mục tiêu xếp loại mà cần chú trọng đến khả năng vận dụng sáng tạo tri thức trong những tình huống thực tế, hướng đến việc xác định triển vọng và đóng góp của học sinh trong tương lai. Bài viết giới thiệu một số nghiên cứu về đánh giá xác thực (Authentic Assessment), từ đó đề xuất quy trình, xây dựng mẫu đánh giá xác thực trong môn Toán cấp Trung học cơ sở, góp phần đổi mới cách đánh giá trong dạy, học Toán ở Việt Nam.

Cá nhân hóa việc học tập đang là xu hướng tất yếu trong bối cảnh cuộc Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0. Để góp phần luận giải rõ hơn về học tập cá nhân hóa, nghiên cứu này nhằm tổng hợp và phân tích các khái niệm liên quan và các nhân tố thiết yếu cần đảm bảo trong quá trình triển khai dạy học cá nhân hóa một cách hiệu quả. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra xu hướng học tập cá nhân hóa bắt nguồn từ nhu cầu giải quyết bốn vấn đề của giáo dục trong bối cảnh mới, đồng thời cũng nêu rõ sáu nhân tố thiết yếu cần đảm bảo của học tập cá nhân hóa. Những kết quả và khuyến nghị của nghiên cứu không chỉ cung cấp nền tảng lí thuyết cho những nhà quản lí trong việc triển khai mô hình học tập cá nhân hóa tại các nhà trường với sự ứng dụng của các nền tảng kĩ thuật số mà còn giúp các nhà nghiên cứu giáo dục có cái nhìn sâu sắc và toàn diện hơn về vấn đề này.

Bài viết tổng quan các nghiên cứu về trẻ khiếm thị đa tật, bao gồm khái niệm, tỉ lệ, nguyên nhân và những khó khăn của trẻ khiếm thị đa tật trong học tập, sinh hoạt. Các nghiên cứu về giáo dục trẻ khiếm thị đa tật đều chỉ ra các lĩnh vực giáo dục thiết yếu cần được hướng dẫn cho trẻ bao gồm: Giao tiếp, học chức năng, kĩ năng sống độc lập, định hướng và di chuyển, kĩ năng sử dụng thị giác, kĩ năng xã hội, vui chơi và giải trí, kĩ năng nghề nghiệp theo lứa tuổi với các chiến lược giáo dục chủ yếu là tăng cường thiết lập mối quan hệ xã hội, phát triển xúc giác, phát triển giao tiếp và tiếp cận cá nhân. Bài viết cũng tổng quan các mảng nội dung hỗ trợ trẻ khiếm thị đa tật tại nhà dành cho cha mẹ và người chăm sóc. Đồng thời, bài viết khuyến nghị hướng nghiên cứu giáo dục trẻ khiếm thị đa tật cần được tập trung nghiên cứu trong thời gian tới trong bối cảnh trẻ khiếm thị đa tật tại Việt Nam đang chưa nhận được những hỗ trợ phù hợp.

Applying information technology (IT) in the design and implementation of educational activities for preschool children brings many benefits to the professional development of preschool teachers in supporting the organization of teaching activity for preschool children. However, these skills still have certain limitations. In addition, the training programs on IT application also focus on classroom management and educational planning, but have not yet specialized in applying IT to providing educational activities for children. Therefore, teachers still need more training on this content. The article presents measures to improve these skills for preschool teachers so that they can overcome limitations in practice as well as create conditions for teachers to selfstudy anytime and anywhere.
