Summary: 
The fourth industrial revolution has created enormous changes in all aspects of socio-economic life. Therefore, the mission of pedagogical universities is to train high quality human resources for the whole education system. The pedagogical universities are also required to improve the quality of teacher training to educate the next generation of citizens 4.0.
