The article investigates the current situation of training preschool teachers based on professional standards. The results of the study will provide leaders at all levels the reality of the teaching staff at preschools as well as the management of training activities to improve the professional quality of preschool teachers in Tri Ton district. On such basis, the author proposes a number of measures to foster and improve the professional quality of teachers in order to meet the current requirements of educational innovation.

Bài viết nghiên cứu về thực trạng hoạt động bồi dưỡng đội ngũ giáo viên mầm non theo chuẩn nghề nghiệp. Từ kết quả của nghiên cứu sẽ cho các cấp lãnh đạo thấy được thực trạng về đội ngũ giáo viên tại các trường mầm non và thực trạng công tác quản lí bồi dưỡng hoạt động nâng cao chất lượng chuyên môn cho đội ngũ giáo viên mầm non tại huyện Tri Tôn. Từ đó, tác giả đề xuất một số biện pháp để bồi dưỡng nâng cao chất lượng chuyên môn cho giáo viên đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục hiện nay.

The research assesses the impact of the pilot program of a School of Fish (SOF) on the digital literacy development of children aged 4 to 5 years old at Hoa Hong Practical Preschool in Hanoi City. By using the methods of statistical analysis, comparison, and calculation of the standard different mean, the results show that although the pilot program was conducted in a short time, it has a positive impact on the digital literacy of children aged 5 years old and less impact on 4-yearold children. Observing children’s activities shows that they actively participate, take initiative, and have some important social skills such as cooperating, respecting others’ opinions, caring, and supporting group’s members in the task performing. Furthermore, the research suggests some recommendations on creating an environment for children to use appropriate technology devices, adjusting instructional documents for teachers and parents to organize educational activities for children at preschool and at home in order to meet the goals and requirements of the national early childhood education program.

Professional training in educational management for teachers and administrators of preschools and general schools is an important requirement in staff work, aiming at improving administration competency for principals in schools to meet the current requirements of educational innovation. Implementing Resolution No. 29- NQ/TW “on fundamental and comprehensive renovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of the market economy”, the management staff of preschools and general schools need to improve their professional qualifications, develop school administration competency, and promote proactivity and creativity in teaching method innovation as a step towards autonomy and self-responsibility for education quality

Approaching the development of students’ quality and competence in developing curriculum and textbooks in Vietnam poses a requirement to innovate teaching and management activities towards quality and competence development for students in secondary schools. The article proposes four groups of teaching management measures in the direction of developing quality and competence for secondary school students in Ho Chi Minh City based on a functional approach. The proposed measures are based on theory and practice with specific characteristics of the locality. When implementing the application, the managers must always put the relationship among the groups of measures in the reciprocal relationship, affecting and complementing each other. Research results can be applied flexibly in accordance with the specific characteristics of each locality in managing this activity in secondary schools all over the country

Teachers play a decisive role in improving the efficiency and quality assurance of the school’s education. Over the past time, the secondary schools in Cai Be district of Tien Giang province have gradually attracted more attention in developing their teacher staff, contributing to the implementation of the educational task of the locality. However, in the context of the requirements setting on the fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training, the situation of developing teachers in secondary schools in Cai Be district of Tien Giang province still has many limitations and shortcomings, while it is a practical and important requirement in the current period of educational reform. Therefore, the study of the current situation of developing the teaching staff of secondary schools in Cai Be district, Tien Giang province is the basis for staff development to ensure the sufficient quantity, quality improvement, reasonable structure, as well as professional qualifications and capacity, meeting the current requirements of reforming the current general education program.

The academic staff is considered an important factor, determining university quality in training. The paper focuses on researching the theoretical basis, state policy on university autonomy, academic staff development and practice at Tay Nguyen University. The authors used the methods of theoretical research and synthesizing legal documents; primary and secondary data collection, in-depth interview, and statistical data analysis methods. Using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, the article surveyed 103 managers and 341 lecturers of Tay Nguyen University. The results show that the planning and recruitment activities are assessed at “Average”, while training, assessment, management and incentive policies are implemented at “Good”. This practical significance will help higher education institutions to draw the appropriate solutions.

Trong bối cảnh nền kinh tế thị trường và hội nhập quốc tế đang diễn ra mạnh mẽ, việc kế thừa, bảo tồn và phát triển các ngôn ngữ dân tộc thiểu số đang là một vấn đề thách thức. Điều đó đảm bảo hiệu quả của việc thực hiện phát triển kinh tế - xã hội bền vững của các dân tộc thiểu số. Hiện nay, với sự tiến bộ vượt bậc của khoa học công nghệ, sự phát triển nhanh chóng của internet tốc độ cao, chúng ta có thể tận dụng lợi thế của cuộc Cách mạng công nghiệp này để ngôn ngữ dân tộc thiểu số không bị mai một. Bài viết phân tích nguyên nhân ảnh hưởng đến sự sinh tồn các ngôn ngữ dân tộc thiểu số ở Việt Nam, các cơ hội từ kỉ nguyên trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) mang lại cho các ngôn ngữ thiểu số có nguy cơ tuyệt chủng; việc thiết lập thư viện số về các ngôn ngữ dân tộc thiểu số đang có nguy cơ tuyệt chủng, các dịch vụ tài liệu kĩ thuật số hoá trên nền tảng tích hợp và chia sẻ dữ liệu để thúc đẩy sự phát triển của các ngôn ngữ dân tộc thiểu số đang có nguy cơ tuyệt chủng và thúc đẩy sự thịnh vượng và ổn định của các vùng dân tộc.

The instrument for assessing the development of local education and training is defined as a collection of tools that aid in the collection of data on the local education situation, including: an analytical framework; sets of criteria; educational indicators; methods for calculating the educational development index; and instruments for collecting practical data. The research provided a technique for calculating the local educational development index (EDI) by combining six component indices. The component’s weight is determined by its effect on people’s satisfaction with the quality of education. The pilot results from 2012 to 2020 show that Ho Chi Minh City has the highest EDI index (68.31), followed by Thai Nguyen (56.33) and Hung Yen. (56.09). However, the reliability of the component indicators is only relative due to limitations in terms of data collection since some localities cannot provide the required data ( such as Nghe An and Can Tho).

Thống kê về giáo dục cho thấy, nhóm trẻ em thiệt thòi nói trên đang tập trung chủ yếu ở con em các hộ gia đình nghèo, học sinh là dân tộc thiểu số và học sinh khuyết tật - được gọi chung là “nhóm yếu thế”. Vấn đề đặt ra là liệu có đang tồn tại những “rào cản” khi các em tiếp cận với giáo dục hay không? Đồng thời, có những cản trở gì trong tiếp nhận sự quan tâm, bảo trợ để các em có thể hoà nhập trong môi trường thân thiện và an toàn? Bài viết phân tích và nhận diện vấn đề nêu trên, từ đó đưa ra phương hướng khắc phục, tháo gỡ.

Increasing the application of information and simulation technology in teaching at military technical schools is an objective requirement in the era of digitization in order to renovate the content and teaching methods, as well as improve the quality of education, training, and scientific research in military schools in general and military technical schools in particular. The article present the results and solutions to promote the application of information technology and simulation in teaching at military engineering schools in the army today.

The XIII National Congress of the Party took place from January 25 to February 1, 2021 in Hanoi. The congress discussed the socio-political issues serving the socialist revolution and the country’s development in new conditions. In particular, the Congress mentioned the issue of belief and religion with the basic contents, such as: actively helping and solving the needs of religious, belief and spiritual activities of the masses; bringing into full play religious resources in the cause of national development; strengthening state management of religious activities. The Party’s view of religion in the XIII Congress Document has set out a number of requirements for the teaching of religion in education and training establishments in the Army. Accordingly, the teaching of religion needs to thoroughly grasp the Document of the XIII Congress of the Party; uphold the principle of partyness; practicality in the teaching process. Good grasp of the above requirements is a condition to improve the quality of religious teaching in Military schools in the current situation.

Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XIII của Đảng diễn ra từ ngày 25 tháng 01 đến ngày 01 tháng 02 năm 2021 tại Hà Nội. Đại hội đã thảo luận những vấn đề về chính trị - xã hội phục vụ cho sự nghiệp cách mạng Xã hội chủ nghĩa và công cuộc phát triển đất nước trong điều kiện mới. Đặc biệt, Đại hội đã đề cập đến vấn đề tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo với những nội dung cơ bản, như: Chủ động giúp đỡ, giải quyết các nhu cầu hoạt động tôn giáo, tín ngưỡng, tâm linh của quần chúng; Phát huy các nguồn lực của tôn giáo vào sự nghiệp phát triển đất nước; Tăng cường sự quản lí của Nhà nước đối với hoạt động tôn giáo. Theo đó, công tác giảng dạy tôn giáo học cần phải quán triệt sâu sắc Văn kiện Đại hội XIII của Đảng; Giữ vững nguyên tắc tính đảng; Tính thực tiễn trong quá trình giảng dạy. Quán triệt tốt các yêu cầu trên là điệu kiện nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy tôn giáo học ở các nhà trường Quân đội trong tình hình hiện nay

Nhiều nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng, vận dụng quan điểm sư phạm tương tác trong dạy học làm gia tăng các giá trị tương tác giữa các yếu tố của quá trình dạy học, khắc phục được tính thụ động, xuôi chiều, nâng cao tính tích cực nhận thức, chủ động sáng tạo, tạo hứng thú học tập cho người học, khuyến khích lao động sáng tạo của giảng viên. Many studies have shown that the application of the interactive pedagogical perspective in teaching increases the interactive values between the elements of the teaching process, overcomes the passivity and downstream impacts, improves the activeness and proactive creativity, and enhances students’ interest in learning as well as encourages teachers to teach creatively. The article aims to analyze and clarify the concept of applying interactive pedagogical perspectives in teaching the social science and humanity subjects at military officer schools, then identify the factors affecting the application of this teaching perspective to the current status of teaching the social science and humanity subjects at military officer schools today.
