Toán học là môn khoa học cơ bản, công cụ quan trọng trong giáo dục để phát triển tư duy, cách suy nghĩ và giải quyết vấn đề hiệu quả. Nhiều nghiên cứu quốc tế đã khẳng định rằng, thành công trong học Toán vào những năm ở trường phổ thông có vai trò quan trọng cung cấp cho học sinh các kĩ năng cần thiết để học tiếp ở những bậc cao hơn hoặc tham gia lực lượng lao động có chất lượng tốt hơn. Vì vậy, ở các quốc gia, vấn đề nghiên cứu giảng dạy Toán hiệu quả luôn được chú trọng. Nhiều nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng, học sinh học Toán tốt nhất khi có cơ hội làm Toán học, giải quyết các vấn đề, chia sẻ suy nghĩ của mình với người khác và sử dụng suy nghĩ của họ để xây dựng và hiểu sâu hơn các kiến thức. Bài viết bàn về kiểm định tổ chức đánh giá kĩ năng nghề quốc gia.Tác giả đã thu thập thực trạng một số hoạt động kĩ năng nghề của hệ thống đánh giá, cấp chứng chỉ kĩ năng nghề quốc gia, phân tích, đánh giá thực trạng này trong bối cảnh Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0, tiếp cận lí thuyết về chuẩn hóa, kiểm định và các chức năng quản lí để đề xuất bộ tiêu chuẩn, tiêu chí kiểm định tổ chức đánh giá kĩ năng nghề quốc gia, đồng thời tác giả cũng đề xuất một số khuyến nghị đối với các cơ quan quản lí nhà nước có thẩm quyền. Các đề xuất này được xem là một trong những giải pháp để thực hiện chuẩn hóa tổ chức đánh giá có tính khả thi, hiệu quả.

Nowadays, one of the limitations of medical universities is the lack of faculty members to meet the training requirements. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to enhance the quality of lecturers in medical universities. The goal of this improvement is to create the workforce with adequate quantity, moral qualities, professional conscience, high qualifications, advanced teaching style and management. This article presents the contents and methods of developing the faculty staffs of medical universities.

Dạy học theo hướng phát triển năng lực ứng dụng vào thực tế là xu hướng giáo dục được quan tâm ở Việt Nam và nhiều nước trên thế giới. Trong các phương pháp dạy học đang được sử dụng hiện nay, dạy học theo dự án là một trong những phương pháp dạy học có lợi thế trong việc phát triển năng lực ứng dụng lí thuyết vào thực hành. Ở bài viết này, chúng tôi vận dụng quy trình thiết kế dự án học tập để thiết kế dự án “Ứng dụng toán học để đánh giá ảnh hưởng của thuế lên người tiêu dùng, nhà sản suất và chính sách của chính quyền” trong học phần Toán cao cấp dành cho sinh viên khối ngành Kinh tế, góp phần phát triển năng lực vận dụng toán học vào thực tế cho người học.

Measures to develop educational research competence for students during the training process play a decisive role in the quality of scientific research activities at pedagogical universities. Special attention should be paid to building a learning environment in the direction of stimulating demand and creating research motivation for students. It is recommended that schools, especially teachers, should apply research-oriented teaching strategies; design teaching process based on scientific research competence development; combining teaching modules of scientific educational research methodology with organizing for students to implement educational scientific research projects.

Throughout the 20th century, philosophy of education, through philosophy statement and theory of education, contributed significantly to shaping and developing education in line with the demands of the century based on important achievements of talented philosophers and educational scientists. Entering the 21st century, there are lots of controversy regarding the role of educational philosophy in a new context when educational technology is considered as the focus of development orientation. This article discusses those issues to end with the observation that in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, educational technology is still a controversial issue while the philosophy of education has not yet been developed accordingly to lead the way

Sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của khoa học công nghệ, nhất là công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông trong những năm gần đã làm thay đổi lớn diện mạo của cả thế giới. Không chỉ riêng trong lĩnh vực khoa học kĩ thuật mà cả những lĩnh vực kinh tế, chính trị, văn hóa xã hội… cũng bị ảnh hưởng sâu sắc. Giáo dục cũng không nằm ngoài những ảnh hưởng đó. Nhiều phương thức tiên tiến ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vào trong dạy học, giáo dục ở các nhà trường như: Dạy học dựa trên máy tính, dạy học dựa trên web, dạy học trực tuyến, dạy học từ xa và những năm gần đây đang phát triển mạnh hình thức dạy học thông qua thiết bị di động (MLearning)… Tất cả các hình thức đó tập trung trong một nhà trường, góp phần biến đổi một trường học truyền thống thành một trường học hiện đại, được gọi tên: Trường học thông minh

Trên cơ sở khẳng định vai trò quan trọng của đội ngũ tổ trưởng chuyên môn trường tiểu học, bài báo đề xuất 05 giải pháp phát triển đội ngũ tổ trưởng chuyên môn trường tiểu học theo tiếp cận năng lực: Quy hoạch đội ngũ tổ trưởng chuyên môn trường tiểu học dựa trên nhu cầu phát triển giáo dục của địa phương và khả năng của từng giáo viên; Xây dựng đội ngũ tổ trưởng chuyên môn cốt cán trường tiểu học; Tổ chức bồi dưỡng tổ trưởng chuyên môn trường tiểu học theo khung năng lực; Đánh giá đội ngũ tổ trưởng chuyên môn trường tiểu học theo khung năng lực; Tạo môi trường thuận lợi để đội ngũ đội ngũ tổ trưởng chuyên môn trường tiểu học phát huy, phát triển năng lực nghề nghiệp của mình.

Giáo dục giới tính cho học sinh là vấn đề đã được đề cập đến từ lâu. Tuy nhiên, ở Việt Nam, với quan niệm Á Đông, vấn đề giới tính và tình dục là những vấn đề nhạy cảm. Người lớn thường có xu hướng né tránh hoặc giải thích không đầy đủ khi trẻ thắc mắc về những vấn đề này, dẫn đến việc trẻ phải tự tìm hiểu và đã gây ra những hậu quả khôn lường. Thực tế cho thấy, giới tính tình dục là vấn đề khoa học cần phải được giáo dục sớm cho học sinh ngay từ lứa tuổi tiểu học để các em có nhận thức đúng đắn và đưa ra những quyết định phù hợp về vấn đề này. Để học sinh được tiếp cận với vấn đề này một cách toàn diện, giáo dục giới tính và tình dục cần được lồng ghép vào một số môn học và hoạt động giáo dục trong nhà trường. Tiếp cận với Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông 2018, bài viết đưa ra nguyên tắc lồng ghép giáo dục giới tính và tình dục toàn diện trong chương trình. Các nội dung giáo dục giới tính tình dục toàn diện cần giáo dục cho học sinh theo hướng dẫn quốc tế và xác định khả năng cũng như các yêu cầu cần đạt về giáo dục giới tính và tình dục toàn diện trong các chủ đề của môn Đạo đức cấp Tiểu học theo Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông 2018.

Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) is a form of assessment test which requires fewer test questions to arrive at precise measurements of examinees’ competence. One of the core technical components in building a CAT is mathematical algorithms which estimate examinee’s ability and select the most appropriate test questions for the estimation. Those mathematical algorithms serve as a locomotive in operating the system of adaptive multiple-choice questions on computers. Our research aims to develop the essential mathematical algorithms to a computerised system of adaptive multiple-choice tests. We also build a question bank of 500 multiple-choice questions standardised by IRT theory with the difficulty level follows the normal distribution satisfying Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to measure the reading comprehension competence of students in grade 10. The initial outcome of our experiment on the question bank shows that the question bank satisfies the requirements from a psychometric model and the constructed mathematical algorithms meets the criteria to apply in computerised adaptive testing.

On the basis of the Politburo’s Resolution No.52-NQ/TW “On a number of guidelines and policies to actively participate in the Fourth Industrial Revolution”, the article focuses on clarifying the impact of the fourth industrial revolution to the training in the Vietnam People’s Army. This revolution has created many opportunities, and at the same time placed very high demands on the task of education and training at military schools. Based on an overview of the current quality of training at military schools today, the author proposes four main solutions to keep improving the quality of military training in order to access and utilize the achievements of the fourth industrial revolution.

Educational management staffs play an vital role and are the core force participating in the formulation of the guidelines, policies, schemes and strategies for educational renovation. They are also an enforcement force that impelents tasks, undertakes resolutions for renovation and improves the quality of education and training of Military academies. At present, with the requirements of military construction missions and the tasks of “basic and comprehensive education innovation”, it is necessary to continuously improve the sense of self-awareness, morale and morality, responsibility; be proactively creative and overcome difficulties to fulfill the duties of the educational management, contributing to the successful implementation of education - training and school construction to build up Military schools as a strong and comprehensive organization.

State management of teachers is the most important and most complex task in state management of education. To accomplish this task, in the last three decades, the state management of teachers has shifted from the personnel management model to a human resource management model with the view that teachers are the most important resources to develop to fulfill educational goals. With that perspective, countries around the world have enacted different laws on teachers, from the Teachers’ Law to the laws on teaching profession, on teacher training, on teacher remuneration. In our country at present, the approach in state management of teachers still remains mainly within the personnel management model. This has led to inadequacies in the development of teachers’ staff when the education system has become so complex as it is today. Therefore, it is necessary to shift the state management thinking about teachers to the human resource management model and to develop and enact the Teachers’ Law.

The Multiple Intelligences (MI) Theory, which studies people’ potentials differently, has attracted much attention from educators all over the world. This study was conducted among English Foreign Language (EFL) students at Vinh University in order to see if MI-based projects have any positive influence on students’ English proficiency. The findings show that the application helped improve students’ English language skills. However, the improvement was more significant for a longer time of implementation. On the basis of the findings, the paper suggests some solutions for an effective English teaching and learning at university level.

Trong những năm gần đây, trào lưu dạy học tích hợp đã lan tỏa đều khắp trong các nhà trường phổ thông, góp phần không nhỏ cho việc nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục. Tuy nhiên, đây là một trong những vấn đề mới cho nên không ít giáo viên đã gặp lúng túng trong công tác giảng dạy. Hơn nữa, trước đây giáo viên chỉ được đào tạo đơn môn nên khả năng nhìn nhận vấn đề liên môn, tích hợp gặp không ít khó khăn. Bên cạnh đó, công việc soạn bài và giảng dạy các chủ đề tích hợp tiêu tốn nhiều thời gian và kinh tế so với bài giảng truyền thông cho nên một số giáo viên không quan tâm đào sâu suy nghĩ và thực hiện theo hướng này. Qua thực tế đó, để nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục và bắt kịp với trào lưu dạy học hiện đại của thế giới, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo, Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo các tỉnh đã có nhiều cuộc thi, nhiều đợt bồi dưỡng về lí luận dạy học tích hợp cho cán bộ quản lí, giáo viên ở cơ sở nhằm giúp họ hiểu sâu hơn lí luận và thành thục trong thực hành giảng dạy các bài học, chủ đề tích hợp. Trong bài báo này, tác giả trình bày một số biện pháp rèn luyện kĩ năng dạy học tích hợp cho giáo viên Toán ở trường trung học phổ thông hiện nay, góp phần nâng cao trình độ lí luận và thực hành dạy học tích hợp của giáo viên trung học phổ thông

: In recent years, the trend of integrated teaching has spread widely in schools, contributing significantly to enhancing the quality of education. However, many teachers meet difficulties in recognizing integrated issues and teaching integrated subjects due to the fact that this is one of the new issues and teachers have been trained to teach single subjects. Besides, the work of preparing and teaching integrated topics is more time-consuming and economical compared with traditional lessons; therefore, a number of teachers are not willing to deepen their thinking and follow this direction. Through that fact, the Ministry and the Department of Education and Training have organized many contests and refresher courses on integrated teaching theory in order to improve the quality of education as well as keep up with the modern teaching trend of the world. In this paper, the authors present some methods of training integrated teaching skills for high school mathematics teachers, contributing to improving the level of theory and practice of integrated teaching approach high school teachers.
