STEM EDUCATION IN AUSTRALIA AND LESSONS OF DEVELOPING STEM EDUCATION FOR GIRLS IN VIETNAM

Summary: 
STEM Education - Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics have been developed by the Australian Government to meet the needs of the 4.0 revolution. In their strategy, STEM is taken care of by level, age, career orientation and gender. In the Vietnamese context, gender issues still need to be researched in order to have specific policies, contents and educational activities for girls. The article addresses STEM education in Australia, based on which Vietnam will have lessons learned to develop appropriate STEM education for girls.
