Summary:
The need for development and the trend of international integration requires our country to quickly form a high quality human resource. To meet this need, our country should invest finance into universities to send students abroad each year or to develop a variety of higher education models. The article points out limitations affecting the quality of higher education as well as proposes several higher education models associated with development requirements and the current trend of international integration such as: 3-factor combination model in higher education training; University Institute model; Nonprofit University Model; University model within the corporation; University model with businesses;
