Summary:
The article analyzes the situation of quality management of educational administrators in pre-schools, general schools, boards of education and training, colleges and universities in Ho Chi Minh City through tasks of planning, organization, leadership and examination. The research finding presented in this paper contributes to the establishment of a practical basis for the proposed quality management measures for human resources supporting education management, serving the current educational and educational management renovation and management.
