DESIGNING LESSONS TO MEET GOALS OF COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT

Lessons to meet goals of competence development have basic features such as: integration, students’ activeness, using teaching aids and equipment, using various tools of regular evaluation. To design this lesson, it is necessary to implement these steps: 1 / Select issues of lessons and identify their objectives towards competence development; 2 / Select the core teaching contents of the lesson to satisfy requirements of competence development; 3 / Design learning activities to convey core contenst (in class, at home); 4 / Design suitable questions / exercises with competence requirements at each level, design tools to assess learning outcomes throughout process; 5 / Some adjustments in the lesson after students completed the lesson (in class, at home). Lesson design should be mutually exchanged in teacher group in the same subject or in the same grade level.
