APPROACH TO PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION OF PROVINCIAL DEPARTMENT OF PROPAGANDA AND TRAINING

Summary: 
The public relations management in education of the provincial/ city department of propaganda and training for education is the process of advising and organizing the development and development of common interests between the province, the party committee and the public to ensure publication, developing or implementing the responsibility of propagandizing and guiding the policies, guidelines and policies on education sector in provinces and cities for the public opinion. The paper presents a number of approaches that are bases for the study of designing and implementing public relations management in the provincial education department, including: relationship approach; approaches to persuasion and social influence; theoretical approach to mass communication.
