VOCATIONAL COMPETENCY IN SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Summary: 
Vocational counselling has been mentioned for a long time in the world, however,it is an issue for all countries to find out effective ways to implement this task. To achieve this, it is important to train a professional team of staff and experts. Vocational counselling organizations in different countries have researched and identified vocational competencies and competency framework. In this article, the author mentions vocational competencies in some countries such as the United States, England, Scotland, Ireland and the UK... These findings can be used as reference frameworks to develop vocational competencies and competency framework for vocational persons in Vietnam.
