Mối quan hệ giữa sở thích môn học với định hướng nghề nghiệp của học sinh Trường Trung học cơ sở Trần Quốc Toản thành phố Nha Trang, tỉnh Khánh Hòa được xác định bằng phép phân tích tương quan đa biến (CCA). Kết quả cho thấy, sở thích môn học có mối quan hệ chặt chẽ và chi phối định hướng nghề nghiệp của từng học sinh. Kết quả nghiên cứu này góp phần cùng cấp cơ sở khoa học cho việc xây dựng mô hình trải nghiệm sáng tạo phù hợp với việc phân luồng học sinh tham gia hoạt động trải nghiệm theo sở thích môn học và định hướng nghề nghiệp.

The relationship between students’ subject interest and vocational orientation at Tran Quoc Toan lower secondary school in Nha Trang city-Khanh Hoa province was determined by Multivariate correlation analysis. The results showed that the subject interest has a close relationship and impact on the vocational orientation of each student. The research findings contributed to provide scientific base to develop the creative experiential models that are appropriate for classifying students’ joint into experiential activities towards their subject interest and vocational orientation.

It is necessary to develop teachers in general and those at lower secondary schools in particular towards professional standards in order to not only implement the requirements of the Officials Law but also improve teachers’ competence, meet the requirements of education reform in the current period, closely linked to the professional development for lower secondary teachers. The paper presents some issues about the current situation and recommendations for solutions to these teachers’ development in accordance with professional standards in Hanoi.

Bài viết phân tích thực trạng và đề xuất một số biện pháp phát triển đội ngũ giáo viên dạy tiếng Khmer ở các trường phổ thông dân tộc nội trú tỉnh Kiên Giang nhằm nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục học sinh dân tộc, đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới căn bản, toàn diện giáo dục hiện nay. Theo tác giả bài viết, phát triển đội ngũ giáo viên đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới căn bản, toàn diện giáo dục hiện nay là một đòi hỏi vô cùng cấp thiết. Vì vậy, việc áp dụng các biện pháp trên một cách linh hoạt, sáng tạo, phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế ở mỗi đơn vị sẽ từng bước phát triển được đội ngũ giáo viên nói chung, đội ngũ giáo viên dạy tiếng Khmer ở các trường phổ thông dân tộc nội trú tỉnh Kiên Giang nói riêng một cách vững bền, đáp ứng sự mong đợi của toàn xã hội.

In the current context of integration and knowledge explosion, Vietnam is in on the way to renew the higher education system. This is even more urgent when we are at a very low starting point in comparison to the region and in the world. The article presents measures to improve the teaching staff’s competence to meet the demand for higher education reform such as: (1) Legal solution; (2) Solution to improve the lecturers’ rights and obligations; (3) Solution for attracting and creating lecturer resources; (4) Solution to lecturers’ recruitment; (5) Solution to policies on lecturers’ treatment; (6) Solution to lecturers’ training and retraining; (7) Solution to the lecturers’ checking, remarks and evaluation. Therefore, there are many things to be synchronously implemented in the education renewal strategy, but the rapid development of high quality human resources with the development and application of science and technology need to be taken into leading consideration.

Nền giáo dục Việt Nam đang từng bước chuyển đổi từ chủ yếu dạy học theo nội dung sang hướng vào hình thành và phát triển các năng lực chung, cốt lõi cho người học. Vietnamese education is gradually transforming from mainly contentbased teaching to the formation and development of general and core learners’ competencies. It is necessary to pay attention to teachers’ training and fostering as they directly decide the quality and effectiveness of teaching, leading to effective education renewal. One of the important things today is to help teachers know how to design in order to teach towards innovation, formation and development of learners’ qualities and competencies. Basing on research and learning domestic/international experience, we suggest ways to help teachers prepare for teaching towards new spirit, through basic contents and examples such as Clause design (Maths grade 10) was given in this article.

Competence in chemistry practice is one of key competencies that help students increase their confidence in science, develop students’ thinking and this is only means to help them shape experimental skills/ technique and technical thinking. The article identified issues about the scientific base, the orientation to develop a set of tools for assessing the students’ competence in chemistry practice in chemistry teaching and the initial experimental results through teaching Oxygen -Sulfur chapter, Chemistry grade 10. Then the author proposed standards of competence in chemistry practice with criteria and explicit levels, help teachers and students have tools for assessing this students’ competence in chemistry teaching at high schools.

Bài viết đưa ra những phân tích kĩ năng Đọc cơ bản được ứng dụng vào việc xác định yêu cầu cần đạt (đầu ra của năng lực) và nội dung của phần Đọc trong chương trình của môn Ngôn ngữ quốc gia (ở Việt Nam là môn Ngữ văn) ở các lớp của bậc học Mầm non và cấp Tiểu học.

Để đổi mới chương trình môn Giáo dục công dân nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới căn bản, toàn diện giáo dục và đào tạo theo chủ trương của Nghị quyết 29, đáp ứng yêu cầu của công cuộc xây dựng, bảo vệ đất nước trong tình hình mới, cần có sự quan tâm góp ý của các nhà khoa học, cán bộ quản lí giáo dục, giáo viên và các tổ chức xã hội

The paper proposes the renewal of Citizenship Education curriculum towards the general education curriculum in terms of: subject features, viewpoint on curriculum development, objectives, educational contents, teaching methods and evaluation of educational results and conditions of curriculum implementation. According to the author, the current Citizenship Education curriculum is in the process of development and complete. To renew this subject curriculum to meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive education renewal towards the Resolution 29, to meet the requirements of the country building and protection; it is necessary to get concern and ideas from scientists, educational administrators, teachers and social organizations.

Managing training program towards the AUN-QA approach is the goal that many universities in Southeast Asia are aiming for, including universities in Vietnam. Studies on assurance to training quality, training program, management of general training program, and in terms of teacher education in Vietnam are of great concern to stakeholders. The paper presents the need to manage high school teachers’ training program in Vietnam towards the AUN-QA approach in aspects of: Training objectives, program content, training form, methods, means and forms of organizing the students’ examination and evaluation towards the AUN-QA criteria.

The weak quality of our higher education (HE) is that it has not met the current demands of human resources for socio-economic development. The main reason is that HE institutions lack the necessary links with the surrounding environment, including recruitment agencies, research institutes and other educational institutions. To overcome this situation, it is necessary to create a better connected system on the basis of promoting the autonomy of HE institutions. Higher Education Law 2012 established a legal framework for the creation of such a system. However, the practical implementation of the past 5 years has not brought about the desired result. This is due to the shortcomings in implementing autonomy in our country, including awareness divergence, institutional inconsistence, and the absence of a viable implementation mechanism.

Bài viết nghiên cứu việc rèn luyện tri thức phương pháp cho học sinh lớp 11 trong dạy học môn Toán ở nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Lào, đó là các biện pháp: Tạo tình huống để học sinh vận dụng tri thức phương pháp có tính thuật giải và tìm đoán theo mức độ khó tăng dần; rèn luyện tri thức phương pháp “quy lạ về quen” gắn với việc bồi dưỡng hoạt động trí tuệ cho người học. Thông qua việc rèn luyện tri thức phương pháp mà người học cũng được bồi dưỡng các hoạt động trí tuệ, đây là việc bồi dưỡng cần thiết đối với thực tiễn dạy học môn Toán hiện nay của nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Lào.
