Summary:
Vietnamese education is gradually transforming from mainly contentbased teaching to the formation and development of general and core learners’ competencies. It is necessary to pay attention to teachers’ training and fostering as they directly decide the quality and effectiveness of teaching, leading to effective education renewal. One of the important things today is to help teachers know how to design in order to teach towards innovation, formation and development of learners’ qualities and competencies. Basing on research and learning domestic/international experience, we suggest ways to help teachers prepare for teaching towards new spirit, through basic contents and examples such as Clause design (Maths grade 10) was given in this article.
