MANAGING HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS’ TRAINING PROGRAM TOWARDS THE AUN-QA APPROACH

Summary: 
Managing training program towards the AUN-QA approach is the goal that many universities in Southeast Asia are aiming for, including universities in Vietnam. Studies on assurance to training quality, training program, management of general training program, and in terms of teacher education in Vietnam are of great concern to stakeholders. The paper presents the need to manage high school teachers’ training program in Vietnam towards the AUN-QA approach in aspects of: Training objectives, program content, training form, methods, means and forms of organizing the students’ examination and evaluation towards the AUN-QA criteria.
