TOOL FOR ASSESSING TEACHERS’ ADAPTIVE CAPACITY WITH THE 2018 GENERAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM

Summary: 
Based on inheriting and developing previous research results, the article defined adaptive capacity and built a theoretical framework for a tool to assess teachers' adaptive capacity with the 2018 general education curriculum. The toolkit includes four criteria with 46 items: Adaptation readiness, adaptation resources, adaptation responses, and adaptation outcomes. Reliability test results show that with each criterion, the overall Cronbach's Alpha coefficient ranges from 0.6 to 0.9, the corrected itemtotal correlation of each item is greater than 0.3 which shows the correlation between observed variables, and Cronbach's Alpha if the item deleted that ranges from 0.6 to 0.9 is lower than the general Cronbach's Alpha. These findings confirm the reliability of this scale.
