STRATEGIES FOR ONLINE TEACHING: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES AND SOLUTIONS FOR VIETNAMESE SCHOOL TEACHERS

Summary: 
The success of online education depends on many factors, such as technical infrastructure conditions, management competency of administrators and teachers, as well as learning competency students; in particular, teachers’ online teaching strategy is an important factor. Some international experiences and the reality of online teaching in Vietnam will be discussed, thereby a number of strategies are proposed for effective online teaching for school teachers by determining students' characteristics and objects, designing lesson plans, teaching practice, and assessing students’ learning outcomes.
