Summary: 
A model of E-learning, a learning approach mediated by technology infrastructure, is an inevitable trend in this digital era. This article provides an overview of certain basic issues in E-learning ecosystem, including key components as digital elearning respository, technology infrastructure, facilitator staff and learners. The multidimensional correlation of these factors helps to maintain and sustainably develop the E-learning ecosystem. In addition, the article examines the current status of E-learning at school level in Vietnam in recent years, then proposes a solution for effective E-learning implementations.
