Summary:
Industry 4.0 has changed the labor market demand, which leads to the fact that life learning is an evitable trend. Under the circumstance, E-learning becomes critical. This study aims to investigate the demand of digital tools and platforms by applying the Fuzzy Extent Analysis Method (FEAM), using the data from in-depth interviews with 12 experts. The research results show the following order of criteria ranking: 1/ Learning management system (LMS); 2/ MOOCs; 3/ Mobile learning; 4/ Video learning, and 5/ Educational online games. The finding is an important foundation for the appropriate and effective E-learning development strategy.
