Summary:
Preschool teachers are the factor determining the quality of preschooler caring and education. To improve the quality of under 3-year olds caring and education, it is necessary to enhance the training and re-training quality for those teachers being in charge of taking care of this age group kids. The article analyses the current state, limitations and reasons of the limitations in training and re-training of those teachers taking care of under 3-year olds, hence proposing recommendations for improving the quality of training and re-training of this group of teachers.
