COMPETENCE-BASED PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSION TRAINING AND RENOVATION TREND IN SCHOOL TEACHER TRAINING INSTITUTIONS

Competence - based pedagogical profession training is an appropriate approach meeting current requirements in general education. The article addresses the process of competence-based pedagogical profession training which is goal-oriented and specified with training contents, methods, ways of implementation and forms of examination and evaluation. Based on that, along with research findings on current state of pedagogical profession training, the renovation trend in this area need to: identify models, develop curriculum, organize the implementation and build up close connection between training institutions and those schools emplyoing furure teachers.
