Chương trình giảng dạy toán tiểu học hiện nay chưa thật sự quan tâm đến việc khuyến khích học sinh tự đặt đề toán để giải, đặc biệt là trong những đề toán có lời văn. Dạy học tìm tòi - nghiên cứu là phương pháp dạy học tiếp cận phương pháp nghiên cứu của các nhà khoa học, giáo viên tổ chức cho học sinh hoạt động nhận thức theo logic của tiến trình nghiên cứu khoa học, tạo điều kiện cho học sinh được trải nghiệm quá trình nghiên cứu khoa học. To teach effectively short stories, besides style poetics, teachers need to shape and distinguish basic characteristics of characters compared to other literary styles. Strengthening the management of ICT application into teaching at universities has created a fundamental shift to renew teaching methods, promoted students’positiveness, proactiveness, contributed to improving training quality.

With requirements of current human resources, it is urgent for lecturers at universities to identify system of teaching competency. This article mentions some theoretical issues and practical skills with feedback in the evaluation such as concepts, classification, technical implementation. Với yêu cầu về nguồn nhân lực hiện nay, vấn đề xác định hệ thống năng lực dạy học cho giảng viên đại học là vấn đề cấp thiết. Bài viết đề cập đến một số vấn đề lí luận và thực tiễn về kĩ năng đưa phản hồi trong đánh giá như khái niệm, phân loại, kĩ thuật thực hiện. Từ đó, nêu một số đề xuất nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả của phản hồi và kĩ năng đưa phản hồi, góp phần phát triển năng lực đánh giá nói riêng, năng lực dạy học nói chung cho giảng viên đại học.

The authors evaluate the real status and causes of scientific research activities of pedagogical students at Dong Thap University. To improve the quality of general education, these students must be trained and fostered all teachers’ professional quality and competences, including scientific research competence. Then, the article proposes some solutions for enhancing scientific research competence for pedagogical students to meet requirements of education reform.

Basing on the statistic unity and differences in childhood experiences with storytelling and its effects to the resilience ofpedagogical students from four countries: Vietnam, China, Germany and the US, the article points out cultural factors with influence to the use of storytelling in teaching, education and students daily life. The authors also analyse factors to raise awareness of pedagogical students, educators, researchers and parents about the role of storytelling as one of the useful means that contributes to forming personal resilience.

The article mentions the need to train necessary competences for principal teachers in Hanoi, basing on synthetic component competencies to meet general education renewal. Contents of training program comprise topic system towards implementation competence so teachers can self-select right topics. To achieve the goal of this development,there should be the coordination among forms of training towards teachers’ needs and conditions, create self- fostering motivation of professional development to meet the requirements of education reform.

The article compares the similarity and difference in two pairs of concepts"ideas" - "philosophy", "ideas of education" - "philosophy of education", then set up scientific basis for the development of modern educational ideas in Vietnam. It must be theoretical ideas with exact concept of tool, support education system get out of the vicious circle and deadlock in order to operate voluntarily with directions, make a breakthrough into the current international integration and globalization.

đương đầu với thế giới năng động và phụ thuộc lẫn nhau của thế kỉ XXI.

In the current context of international integration and globalization, according to the schedule, after 2015, when the ASEAN Economic Community is established, Vietnamese students will have opportunities to workin other countries. However, the competition will take place on "motherland platform" when opportunities arefor all countries in ASEAN region. This context makes career counseling for students at universities more urgent. This articlerefers to international experience on career counseling, then, proposes solutions to develop career counseling at Vietnamese universities.

South Korea and Vietnam are in the Pacific Asia region with similarities in culture and traditions. The research on the policies and achievements of Lifelong Learning in Korea may help researchers, policy makers in Vietnam to compare to Vietnam conditions, then get lessons-learnt. Contents of the article refer to policies to promote Lifelong Learning in Korea. Thereby, from the experiences in promoting policies on Lifelong Learning in Korea, the lessons learned applied to the development of Lifelong Learning in Vietnam.

Bài viết trình bày một số vấn đề đối với giáo dục miền núi, vùng dân tộc thiểu số (DTTS) khi thực hiện chương trình giáo dục phổ thông (CTGDPT) mới. Trong bài tác giả đưa ra ba vấn đề cần được quan tâm khi thực hiện CTGDPT ở vùng DTTS bao gồm: Nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ cán bộ quản lí giáo dục và giáo viên (GV); cải thiện cơ sở vật chất và thiết bị giáo dục, trường học; chính sách giáo dục miền núi, vùng DTTS. Những vấn đề nêu trên có ý nghĩa quan trọng, nhằm đáp ứng được yêu cầu đối mới của CTGDPT trong giai đoạn tới.

Giáo viên tiểu học (GVTH) người dân tộc thiểu số (DTTS) bản địa đóng vai trò quan trọng trong sự nghiệp giáo dục ở vùng dân tộc và miền núi, đặc biệt là trong giai đoạn đổi mới căn bản toàn diện giáo dục hiện nay. Nội dung bài viết trình bày về vấn đề nâng cao năng lực nghề nghiệp GVTH người DTTS qua một nghiên cứu điển hình ở vùng Tây Bắc Việt Nam. Trong đó, bài viết đề cập thực trạng năng lực nghề nghiệp GVTH người DTTS. Từ đó, đưa ra một số phân tích về vấn đề nâng cao năng lực nghề nghiệp cho GVTH người DTTS.
