On the basis of the orientations and views of the Party and State leaders on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training in the spirit of Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW dated November 4th, 2013 of the Party Central Committee, we conducted a research to analyze and clarify the requirements on: Labor’s position, role and characteristics, and standards; criteria and standards of high school administrators. Thanks to the analysis, a general model of personality of high school administrators (teacher’s personality, administrator’s personality, leader’s personality, social activist’s personality and the personality of international cooperation officer on high school education) was established to meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation of Vietnamese education.

To achieve that goal, in addition to changing teaching approaches, teaching materials also need to be changed in content and form. Therefore, it is required designing learning materials to advance teaching activities of competence development. Originating from the principles of designing and using learning materials to support the competence development teaching, learning materials have been designed with the structure of popular learning activities, namely: Investigate - Hypothesis - Test; Observe - Information search - discuss; Question - Analyze - Discuss; Apply - Make - Test. Some examples in learning materials have been analyzed in this paper to clarify the potential to develop natural science competence in each appropriate activity. Our materials are also experimental applied in secondary schools with initial encouraging results.

Trong bối cảnh đổi mới giáo dục, hội nhập toàn cầu trên mọi lĩnh vực và Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0, việc tổ chức dạy học các môn học bằng tiếng Anh trong chương trình giáo dục ở Việt Nam là việc làm tất yếu và cần thiết. Thực hiện tốt việc này sẽ giúp học sinh có đủ NL ngoại ngữ sử dụng độc lập, tự tin trong giao tiếp, học tập, làm việc trong môi trường hội nhập, đa ngôn ngữ, đa văn hóa; biến ngoại ngữ trở thành thế mạnh của người dân Việt Nam, phục vụ sự nghiệp công nghiệp hoá, hiện đại hoá đất nước. Bài viết đề cập đến việc quản lí dạy học môn Toán bằng tiếng Anh theo định hướng phát triển năng lực học sinh ở các trường trung học phổ thông. Trên cơ sở phân tích thực trạng, nhóm tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp quản lí dạy học môn Toán bằng tiếng Anh của giáo viên theo định hướng phát triển năng lực học sinh, giúp các nhà trường tham khảo áp dụng để nâng cao chất lượng dạy học môn Toán bằng tiếng Anh.

A number of studies, together with comments to the amendment of some articles of the Higher Education (HE) Law, have pointed out some areas where HE needs to be restructured in order to better meet the requirements of implementing the strategic breakthrough in high qualified manpower training. This article aims to supplement with a more complete approach based on the identification of Vietnamese HE weaknesses through a systematic approach to assess both the workforce development policy and the overall HE system. Accordingly, this points to the need of restructuring some areas which are very important, but not yet paid adequate attention. They are: 1/ Vision and action plan; 2/ Strategy and its implementation; 3/ Mechanisms for the provision of incentives to HE institutions; 4/ Socialization in HE towards public-private partnership orientation; 5/ Come-based monitoring and evaluation mechanism through the HE management information system.

Giáo dục đóng vai trò quan trọng, là nhân tố chìa khóa, là động lực thúc đẩy nền kinh tế phát triển. Việc sử dụng sơ đồ tư duy trong dạy học đã và đang được áp dụng ở nhiều nước có nền giáo dục tiên tiến trên thế giới và mới đây đã được nghiên cứu và áp dụng ở Lào. Trên cơ sở trình bày các bước thiết kế sơ đồ tư duy, bài báo đề xuất các mức độ sử dụng sơ đồ tư duy trong dạy học môn Toán để minh họa thông qua một số ví dụ cụ thể.

Để đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục phổ thông, việc đổi mới sinh hoạt chuyên môn ở trường tiểu học có ý nghĩa quan trọng góp phần nâng cao chất lượng dạy học. Bài viết đề cập đến các vấn đề sau: Vài nét về sinh hoạt chuyên môn theo hướng nghiên cứu bài học ở trường tiểu học; Tình hình triển khai sinh hoạt chuyên môn theo nghiên cứu bài học ở cấp Tiểu học tỉnh Gia Lai và đề xuất một số giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả sinh hoạt chuyên môn theo nghiên cứu bài học ở trường tiểu học trong giai đoạn hiện nay

The article presents the theoretical basis and the current status of scientific research capacity of lecturers at vocational colleges in the Mekong River Delta following the CDIO approach. Since then, proposing a model to improve the scientific research capacity of lecturers as well as the competence to carry out their researches in order to meet the requirements of vocational education development in the context of fundamental innovation in education and international integration, especially in current situation when the development of the 4.0 industrial revolution has strong impact on all aspects of education, particularly vocational education which is closely related to science, technology and technology.

Nowadays, cooperative skills play an important role for all who want to achieve success in the context of globalization and international integration. This article discusses on cooperative skills of preschool children at age of 5 to 6 years old through a survey of several preschools which located in Hanoi.

In the new general education curriculum, developing mathematical modeling competence is one of five competencies that math teachers need to develop for their pupils. Trên thế giới, trong những thập kỉ gần đây, xu hướng dạy học chiếm ưu thế là chuyển từ phương thức dạy học tiếp cận nội dung sang dạy học theo tiếp cận năng lực.Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông mới đã được xây dựng theo mô hình phát triển năng lực. Vì vậy, để triển khai thực hiện tốt chương trình mới, giáo viên cần có hiểu biết cụ thể về mô hình dạy học theo tiếp cận năng lực, biết cách thiết kế bài dạy theo tiếp cận năng lực. Bài viết đề cập đến năng lực toán học, các đặc điểm dạy học theo tiếp cận năng lực môn Toán, từ đó đề xuất kiểu kế hoạch bài học và các bước thiết kế kế hoạch bài học môn Toán ở tiểu học theo tiếp cận nặng lực.

Thông qua các quan niệm về tư duy thống kê và các mức độ tư duy thống kê mà sinh viên đại học ngành Dược cần đạt được, bài viết đề xuất một số biện pháp phát triển tư duy thống kê trong dạy học Toán - Thống kê Y Dược cho sinh viên đại học ngành Dược: Luyện tập cho sinh viên đọc hiểu dữ liệu thống kê và luyện tập cho sinh viên tổ chức, thu gọn, biểu diễn dữ liệu thống kê.

Through the concept of statistical thinking and the levels of statistical thinking that university students in Pharmacy need to achieve, the paper proposes measures to develop statistical thinking in teaching Math - medicine statistics for university students in Pharmacy, practice for students to read statistical data as well as organize, reduce, and represent the statistical data.

Để phát triển năng lực cho học sinh, cần phải thiết kế và tổ chức hoạt động giúp dạy học khả thi, hiệu quả. Nội dung bài báo này trình bày nguyên tắc, quy trình thiết kế một số chủ đề tích hợp Khoa học tự nhiên, thiết kế và tổ chức hoạt động của học sinh trong dạy học chủ đề tích hợp ở 3 môn: Vật lí, Hóa học, Sinh học ở trường trung học cơ sở nhằm phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề và sáng tạo cho học sinh. Các hoạt động của học sinh được thiết kế trên cơ sở quy trình chung của dạy học dự án nhằm phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề và sáng tạo theo các tiêu chí cụ thể. In the development of students’ competency, it is needed to design and organise activities that make teaching feasible and efficient. The article presents the rules and procedures for designing some integrated topics of natural sciences as well as designing and organising students’ activities in teaching integrated subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in lower secondary schools in order to develop students’ creative and problem-solving competencies. The students’ activities are designed on the general regulation of project-based teaching but focused on the development of creative and problem-solving competencies with detailed criteria. The students’ activities are carried out in a creative and active manner to help the students discover and consolidate their new knowledge as well as develop their competencies in studying natural sciences.

Developing problem-solving competency for students is the task of all teaching and education processes in high schools. Depending on the specific subject and certain educational activities, different solutions are provided to perform the tasks. In this article, the author presents concrete measures to foster the problem-solving competency for students in teaching Physics in high schools.
