Summary:
Pedagogical communication skill is the most important skillfor kindergarten teachersto satisfy the social needs. However, this skill was still limited in future teachers, although school board paid attention to for students in the pedagogical training process. There were many reasons, mainly due to inappropriate process to practice right pedagogical communication skill. The article refers to measures to develop pedagogical communication skill for student atthe Hanoi childcare-kindergarten teachers’training school
