IMPROVING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE FOR ETHNIC PRIMARY TEACHERS’ - A CASE STUDY IN THE NORTHWEST AREAS OF VIETNAM

The ethnic primary teachersplayed an important role in the cause of education in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, especially in the period of educational renewal.The article presents the improvement of ethnic primary teachers’professional competence through a case study in the Northwest region of Vietnam. In particular, the article mentions the real status of ethnic primary teachers’professional competence, then doing some analysis on the issue of professional competence for ethnic primary teachers.
