CURRICULUM DESIGN FRAMEWORK: TO COMBINE COMPETENCE-BASED TEACHING, LEARNING AND ASSESSMENT

Summary: 
The paper proposes a supplemental framework to support curriculum development towards the integration of teaching and assessing learners’ competencebasing on a model/way to develop competence. The author focuses on analyzing the benefits of curriculum for students. Notes in curriculum development: 1 / Identify contribution of the course to students’ self-esteem, study skills, life and work responsibilities; 2 / select and organize learning content, tasks, process... to create opportunities for individuals to develop potential interest and excitement; 3 / Develop educational plan towards integrating evaluation, teaching and learning based on developing ways of learning.
