Summary:
The operation of any university or enterprise requires members’ co-operation. In the world, co-operation among staff was systematically deployed in group structure, improved better quality of activity, extended improvements and thoroughly grasp all process and work in total quality management based-organizations (TQM). This article provides an overview of TQM approach, researches current status, potential group co-operation at Vietnamese universities and discusses about ways to implement this approach so as to improve their quality and efficiency of training activities.
