JOB TRAINING FOR ETHNIC WOMEN IN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT COMMUNES IN THE SOUTH WEST REGION TO MEET THE NEED OF GENDER EQUALITY IN THE CURRENT PERIOD

The Mekong Delta area is still an educational depression with low level of ethnic minorities, especially for ethnic women. Due to backward customs, they had less access to education, short learning time, less chance to participate in rural vocational training programs, lack jobs because of weak job skills. This is main reason for decreasing family economy, a big challenge in job training, job creation, especially for ethnic women in extremely difficult communes in the Mekong Delta area. The article provides measures to manage job training for ethnic women in the South West region in order to reduce the difficulties in lives of ethnic women.
