NATURE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE STEM EDUCATION MODEL

Summary: 
Facing the fourth scientific revolution, international advanced education systems have changed dramatically with the final goal of educating young generation with sufficient intelligence and sensitivity to adapt and develop. One of the modern educational models is to realize the given educational goal, with its spread and influence all over the world, it is STEM (Science – Technology-Engineering-Mathematics). This paper analyzes the nature and characteristics of the STEM model and the scientific background to develop the STEM education model.
