Summary:
The article introduces program 2030 of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Basing on discussions of policy priorities among many OECD countries, the learning competencies and framework for 2030 in the 4th OECD consultative meeting of program 2030, through review of relevant research. The article refers to: 1/ Introducing OECD program to check, identify and choose the relevant competencies towards 2030. These competencies must be appropriate to develop an equal world. According to OECD, necessary or relevant things for 2030 not only depend on the demand in the future, but also depend on the expectations of society, its centre points was the innovation-oriented education; 2/ Get to know OECD Initiative for a better life, whereas emphasize role of education with changes in the future. The question for these countries is how the education system can help students develop their competency towards a better future for themselves and the general social welfare and to respond, self - adjust to changes in the future as well; 3/ get to know the OECD further studies basing on the agreement of the general theory background of "learning framework" and initial research findings
