ORGANIZING AND IMPLEMENTING THE COMPREHENSIVE AND FUNDAMENTAL RENEWAL OF EDUCATION: PRIORITY OBJECTIVES AND BREAKTHROUGH STAGES

Summary: 
Organizing and implementing the comprehensive and fundamental renewal of education means to apply guidelines, policies, tasks and solutions of Resolution No.29 into life. In spite of action program of the Government and Action Plan for the Education, we need a master plan to implement so the education sector faces an overload request of solving problems. The selection of priority objectives and breakthrough tasks is urgently needed. The article mentioned priority targets derived from the recognition of fundamental elements of any successful education system. Then, it also identified breakthrough stages such as measures to remove bottlenecks of Vietnamese education, on the other hand, towards implementing priority objectives.
