MANAGING THE USAGE OF TEACHING EQUIPMENT TOWARDS STUDENTS’ COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT AT PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN HAI BA TRUNG DISTRICT, HANOI CITY

Teaching equipment is an important/indispensable condition in teaching process towards competence development. Therefore, management of teaching equipment is a necessary job. To improve its quality and increase usage of teaching equipment, each school should have teaching plan to propose solutions for teaching equipment basing on financial capacity. In recent years, the education sector in general and department of Education and Training in Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi in particular, has certain interest in managing teaching equipment so as to improve education quality.
